AI Doctor : From Slave to Beast King

Chapter 111: Braveheart

Boom.

The second the two men collided, the floor of the hall broke, causing a crack to appear underneath them. A green and orange aura emanated from the two men as they stood in a deadlock.

"It seems like I just didn't get lucky," Xavier said to the man who was staring at him with a look of wanting to kill but not being able to kill.

"You-damn—bastard," Ollie cursed.

While the two of them were entangled in a battle, Wistoria and Levi eyed the three men who were advancing towards them.

Wistoria raised her head and looked at Andres. She had wanted to deal with this man first, but she also understood that it was going to be impossible. With these men protecting Andres so fiercely, unless she killed them all, there was no way she would be able to touch him.

"You all take care of them here," Andres said to Clyde and the rest. "I will go and make the preparations for our show to begin."

"Andres! Don't you run away," Wistoria screamed but the man had already jumped out of the window and when she tried to follow him, the three men immediately stepped forward to stop her.

"YYou are not going anywhere, Missy," Alton snickered while eyeing Wistoria, his eyes flickered all over her body and he licked his lips in anticipation.

Wistoria gritted her teeth, she turned to look at Levi and Xavier before saying to them,

"Go and chase after him. Leave these men to me."

They couldn't let Andres play Doomsday. If that man succeeded then this place would turn into a mass grave.

"Huh?"

The two men looked up at her stupidly.

"Go!"

"But Lady Wistoria —"

"I am not that weak that I will need you to protect me," Wistoria said to Xavier coldly. "I can take care of myself."

Xavier stared at Wistoria when he saw the determination in her eyes, he tightened his jaw and turned around on his feet before running out.

"You go with him too," Wistoria said to Levi.

"Are you sure?" Levi asked. He peeked at the men in front of him, none of them looked like they could be easily trifled with.

"I am sure just go," Wistoria said to him.

Levi nodded and he too ran out of the praying hall.

"Damn, they are running away!" one of the men screeched.

"No, they are not!" Alton punched his fist in his other hand as two eagle wings erupted on his back. "They are not going anywhere!"

He rose to the air and then flew out of the same window from where Andres jumped out earlier.

"I am going too," Clyde hissed as he twisted his body and turned into his cheetah beast form. "There is no way I will let them become an obstacle in our path."

He too rushed out of the praying hall before Wistoria could stop him. She turned to look at the man who had intervened in between and sharply narrowed her eyes at him.

"Don't be in such a hurry," chuckled Soel as leered at Wistoria. "With us here, do you even need someone to keep you entertained? We are enough, aren't we?"

As he spoke he turned to look at the men whom they had brought together with them,

"Isn't that right my boys?"

"Right! You are master Soel."

"You really have no dignity," Wistoria unsheathed her sword and infused her mana into the blade. Soon the entire blade was burning like a raging inferno as she raised the blade and pointed it at the man who had disrespected her. " Insult me one more time and I promise that you will not live to see the sun tomorrow."

"She has her own blessed sword," one of the men with Soel exclaimed enviously.

Those with high ranking status and position were given weapons that were blessed with mana and the blessings of the beast God. These weapons were only limited and given to the nobility and beastmen like them could only rely on their beast form to survive.

"There is no need to be envious," said Soel with a hiss. He stepped back and his lower body turned that of a snake. "Once these people are wiped clean by us. We too will have our own blessed swords because after this, there shall no longer be any distinction between lower and higher ranking beastmen!"

He swung his tail at Wistoria who dodged it before bringing down her sword heavily.

"ARGH!" Soel hissed in pain as the blade swept through his scales.

He glared at the woman and morphed himself into his beast form completely. He unclenched his jaw and spat out a bunch of poisonous needles that were aimed at Wistoria.

"This damned Keom family," she cursed before swinging her sword at the countless needles that were sent in her direction.

She should have known that the Keom family would not stop at all costs.

'I hope that those two will be alright,' Wistoria thought as she swung her claws at the man who charged at her from the right and at the same time jumped in the air when Soel attacked her with his long fangs, trying to bite off her body in half.

On the other hand,

"You ..are you sure this is the right way?" Damien asked as he spat out a bunch of leaves from his mouth and threw a glare at Maui.

The stead looked at with a guilty expression and immediately rose in the air before saying to him, "Don't worry this is the right path."

Though he said that Maui was also a bit worried, he felt that there was something amiss because no matter how he searched he couldn't find the right path.

It was as if something was stopping him.
